The Electronic Enforcement Order (EEO) system refers to a set of XML documents that have been created following the amendment of §49 of Act No.120/2001 on the Enforcement Code. The document provides the details and reasons for the creation of each type of document, as well as the purpose, including examples of their use.

A detailed analysis has revealed that almost 98% of the agenda is represented by only 3 acts related to the enforcement of a decision by the assignment of a receivable from an account. These are the actual entry of the enforcement order by attaching the receivable from the account in order to block the funds on the accounts of the debtor, then the notification of the legal force and the third part is the cancellation or suspension of the enforcement order in the amount that must be divided according to the scope into total and partial.

Due to the significant increase in the number of transfers of files between the bailiff offices, the act of taking over the enforcement order by the new EP administrator is also included in this electronic communication. Automation of the remaining tasks appears to be uneconomical.
