It pays to exchange money at home

If you know you have no cash left at home from your last holiday and you are going to exchange it, do it now and in Czech banks or exchange offices where the exchange rate is better and the service more transparent and secure. When exchanging money abroad is already necessary, there are two good tips - check the CNB website for the current exchange rate of the currency against the koruna, and also find out what the banknotes and coins of the currency look like so that you can't be scammed by money changers or traders. And what to do if you are going to a country whose currency is not offered by currency exchanges in the Czech Republic? "We recommend travelling to countries with non-standard currencies with euros or dollars that can be easily exchanged on the spot," recommends a CBA expert.
