Pupils of the Dvořák G Gymnasium in Kralupy nad Vltavou won the national round of the European Money Quiz (EMQ) financial literacy competition and will represent the Czech Republic in the European finals at the European Banking Federation headquarters in Brussels. The second place went to students of the General and Sports Gymnasium in Vimperk, and the third place went to students of the 9th and 10th grades. B from the Elementary School and Kindergarten Chýně.

Tough competition in Brussels

The students of the Dvořák Gymnasium in Kralupy nad Vltavou have a difficult task ahead of them, not only to succeed in the strong competition of other European teams, but also to build on last year's success of the students of the Jan Kepler Gymnasium in Prague, Jan Balthasar Cebecauer and Ondřej Bubn, who won second place and thus recorded the best Czech result in the history of the competition. The final will take place on 22-23 May at the European Banking Federation headquarters in Brussels.
