Directors' report

A report which must accompany the annual financial accounts and balance sheet of the company and which is circulated to the members of the company. It must give a true and fair view of the development of the company and its subsidiaries during the financial year; it must include the directors' recommendations on the distribution of profits; it must describe the principal activities of the company and its subsidiaries; and it must characterise the main changes that the company will make in future developments.
