A natural or legal person registered in the Register of Insurance Intermediaries maintained by the CNB, who analyses risks for a client on the basis of a contract, proposes their insurance coverage, searches for suitable insurance companies and products, mediates the conclusion of insurance contracts, and administers insurance contracts. It may collect premiums and arrange insurance payouts.
