(The list of which is set out in the Act) - These are investment securities, units of open-ended mutual funds, money market instruments, excluding in particular interbank deposits and loans, financial futures contracts (futures), interest rate forward contracts (FRAs), interest rate and foreign exchange swaps and swaps on shares and equity indices (equity swaps) and call and put options relating to an investment instrument.
